2024 Q1 State Board Meeting

Saturday, February 3, 2024
9 am - 1 pm (join Zoom meeting as early as 8:30 am)

We hope to see you at the virtual quarterly Native Plant Society of Texas State Board meeting! 

This event is free and open to all Society members. Every member is welcome. Voting members include chapter presidents (or their representatives), state-level executive officers and state standing committee chairs.

Registration

Registration is open until the end of the meeting. You must log in to your Native Plant Society account and register for the meeting (each member has an account). When you "Click to register online", a "Log In" screen pops up. If you have never logged in to your account - or if you have forgotten your log in - fill in your email address and click "Recover Account."  Account records are secure and will not be shared.

Immediately after registration watch for a registration confirmation email with Zoom meeting link and Dropbox folder link with reports. If you do not see the email, please check your junk mail. A reminder will be sent out Friday prior to the meeting.

Chapter presidents - if you are unable to attend, please provide the name of your substitute voting representative by Friday, February 2nd to: Leigh Ann Smith leighann.smith@npsot.org.

Executive officers and state standing committee chairs - if you have not already done so, please send your reports to meg.inglis@npsot.org as soon as you are able.
