2023 Q3 State Board Meeting

1 - 5 pm (join Zoom meeting as early as 12:30 pm)

We hope to see you at the online Q3 NPSOT State Board meeting! 

This event is free and open to all Society members. Every member is welcome. Voting members include chapter presidents (or their representatives) and state-level executive officers.

Registration

You must log in to your Native Plant Society account and register for this meeting (each member has an account). When you "Click to register online", a "Log In" screen pops up. If you do not already have a login for your Native Plant Society account - or if you have forgotten your login - fill in your email address and click "Recover Account."  Account records are secure and will not be shared.

Registration is open until the end of the meeting.

Immediately after registration watch for a registration confirmation email with Zoom meeting link and Dropbox folder link with reports. If you do not see the email, please check your junk mail. A reminder will be sent out Friday prior to the meeting.

Chapter presidents - if you are unable to attend, please provide the name of your substitute voting representative by Friday, August 4th to: Leigh Ann Smith leighann.smith@npsot.org.

Executive officers and state committee chairs - if you have not already done so, please send your reports to meg.inglis@npsot.org no later than Thursday, August 3rd.
