Here are the available membership levels and their prices. Please choose the level you wish and the number of chapters you want to list on your membership.

Please be sure to include your chapter choice or choices here. You may change chapter choices here if needed.

Also, be sure you select your option for the NPSOT quarterly news magazine. You may change your selection here if you wish.

Your membership may have additional household members. Click on Include a submember, and if "Choose Existing Contacts" displays on the next page, click on it to display your existing additional members. Choose the ones you wish to renew. You can also add a submember if allowed.
